- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software development, with at least 8 years in a leadership or senior developer role. Proven experience leading development teams in a technical capacity, preferably in an Agile environment. Proficient in web development frameworks, databases (SQL, NoSQL), cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and GenAI Application. Strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). Experience with cloud-native application architectures. Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless computing. Experience with API design and integration (RESTful APIs,). Strong understanding of GenAI or LLM-based applications (RAG, Agentic AI, copilots, embedding models). Experience with Ingestion and Data extraction strategies. Must be hands-on with coding, actively contributing to development along with leading the team.
