NHAI Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Joint Advisor (Technical): Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. Retired from Central/ State Government/ PSU/ Institute at the level equivalent to an Executive Engineer or above but below the level of a Chief Engineer with experience in research related to highway materials like Bitumen, Cement, Steel, New construction alternate materials and new technologies.
- Assistant Advisor (Technical): Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute. Professional capable of working on AutoCAD/IT Systems, other new IT tools with appropriate matching qualifications. Should have 05 (five) years' experience in research related works of Highway projects.
NHAI Recruitment 2026 - Age Limit
- Joint Advisor (Technical): Maximum age limit is 65 years.
- Assistant Advisor (Technical): Maximum age limit is 35 years.
NHAI Recruitment 2026 - Salary / Stipend
- Joint Advisor (Technical): Monthly Remuneration (Last Drawn Basic Pay Pension + Transport Allowance) + Domain Specialisation Charges, Telephone/ Internet Charges and Hospitality Charges, will not exceed the Maximum Ceiling of Rs. 1,75,000/- as applicable in terms of EP/YP Guidelines dated 21.06.2017 (amended from time to time). Maximum Limit of Domain Specialisation Charges, Telephone Charges and Hospitality Charges per month are Rs. 80,000/-, Rs. 2,500/- and Rs. 2,500/- respectively.
- Assistant Advisor (Technical): An amount equal to what an officer gets from the Government at appropriate level in remuneration Band of Rs. 50,000/- to Rs.75,000/- (all inclusive). Further, the fixation of pay of such professionals shall be in accordance with the terms of EP/YP Guidelines dated 21.06.2017 (amended from time to time).
