Eligibility Criteria

• Specialist Cardiology (NP-NCD):
  • Essential Qualification: 1. M.D. in Medicine or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India. 2. Specialist training in Endocrinology or Cardiology.
  • Desirable: 1. At least 2 years experience of working as a specialist/super specialist in a hospital.
• Data Entry Operator (NP-NCD):
  • Essential Qualifications: 1. Graduate in any Discipline. 2. 6 months diploma in computer application. 3. Typing speed of 40 wpm in English.
  • Desirable: 1. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience preferably in health sector
• Staff Nurse (NP-NCD):
  • Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree from an institution recognized by Nursing Council of India.
  • Desirable: 1. Minimum one year experience of working in a hospital. 2. Experience in Non Communicable Disease control program/projects
• Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (HWC):
  • Essential Qualification: 1. Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science/IT or Master of Computer Application or Post Graduate in Computer Science with 60% marks from recognized University/Institution.
  • Desirable: 1. Minimum one year experience of working in a Hospital.
• Instructor for Hearing Impaired Children (NPPCD):
  • Essential Qualification: 1. HSSC 2. Indian Sign Language (ISL) Certificate or DISLIC (Diploma in sign Language Interpreter Course)
• Physician (NPPC):
  • Essential Qualification: 1) MD in Medicine or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India.
  • Desirable: 1) At least 2 years experience of working as a specialist in a Hospital.
• Multi Task Worker (NPPC):
  • Essential Qualifications: 1. Graduate in any Discipline. 2. 6 months Diploma in Computer.

  • Desirable: 1. At least 1 year experience of working in Psychiatry Mental Health Institution/Hospital.
• Community Nurse (NMHP):
  • Essential Qualification: 1. B.Sc. Nursing from an institution recognized by Nursing Council of India & at least 1 year experience.
  • Desirable: 1. 1years experience of working in a Hospital.
• Case Registry Assistant (NMHP):
  • Essential Qualification: Higher Secondary and Diploma/Certificate Course in Computer
  • Desirable: 1 year experience of working in health care institution
• Counselor:
  • Essential Qualification: 1. Masters in Clinical Psychology / Social Work or other related disciplines such as MA Sociology/Psychology from recognized Institute.

• 1. The age limit for all these posts will be preferably not less than 18 years and not exceeding 40 years (relaxable as per instructions/orders issued by the Government from time to time) in case of SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years and PH 10 years are relaxable from the date of application).
• 2. 15 years’ residence certificate is mandatory for all applicants with the exceptions mentioned below: a. The State Government employees who are working outside the State shall be exempted from producing 15 year’s residence certificate for their children. b. A person whose marriage is registered in Goa, with the person having fifteen years’ residence in Goa, and both are residing in the State of Goa continuously for a period of 5 years. c. Ex-service men/women and their spouse and children, who are residing in Goa for the last two years after discharge/release/ retirement from the armed forces.
• 3. Knowledge of Konkani is essential and Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.
• 4. The selected candidate will be stationed in different parts of the State.
• 5. The selected candidate shall have no claim in future for absorption in any regular job in State Govt. Service.
• 6. This is a National Health Programme and the jobs created will not be regularized.
• 7. Applications without valid council registration will not be entertained for specified posts.
