NHM TVM Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all criteria as on 01.07.2026. Only Indian citizens with valid professional registrations are eligible. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and additional qualifications. Detailed eligibility is as follows:
- Super Speciality Doctor (Professor of Neonatology): MBBS + MD in Paediatrics + DM/DNB in Neonatology + minimum 3 years teaching experience as Associate Professor in a NMC recognised Medical College.
- Specialist Doctor - Paediatrics: MBBS + PG Degree/Diploma in Paediatrics (or DNB) + Permanent Registration with TCMC/Kerala Medical Council. Preference for Developmental Paediatrics fellowship.
- Audiologist cum Speech Therapist / Audiologist (NPPCD): Bachelor of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) + Valid RCI Registration + 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Quality Assurance Officer: MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or equivalent (MSc Hospital Management / MBA Healthcare / Hospital Administration). Desirable: 2 years post-qualification experience in hospital or quality assurance in healthcare.
- Lady Health Visitor: Retired employees from PHN / PHNS / PHN Tutor / DPHN / MCH Officer in Kerala Health Department with valid KNC Registration.
- Staff Nurse: GNM or B.Sc Nursing + Valid Kerala Nursing Council Registration.
- Counsellor: MSW with specialization in Medical & Psychiatry or Counselling + 1 year post-qualification experience in counselling.
- Pharmacist: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / Diploma in Pharmacy + Valid Kerala State Pharmacy Council Registration + 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Junior Health Inspector: Pass in Plus Two or equivalent + Diploma in Health Inspector Course + Paramedical Council Registration.
All candidates should possess good communication skills, willingness to work in any health institution in Thiruvananthapuram District, and ability to handle emergency duties.
