Eligibility Criteria

Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution.

Minimum 20 years’ experience in IT sector handling large IT solutions, preferably with software architecture and development background.

Desirable: M.Sc/M.Tech in Computer Science/IT or specialization in Information Security/IT Risk Management/Cyber Security, Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2), MBA (Systems), CTO/enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF/COBIT/ITIL or similar).

Desirable professional experience includes at least 5 years in senior executive positions managing projects worth more than ₹100 crore, strong project management and infra/application/database skills, and preference for insurance/banking/financial/technology sector background.
Age Limit
- Minimum age: 40 years as on 01/01/2025.
- Maximum age: 55 years as on 01/01/2025.
Salary / Remuneration
- Gross emoluments will have fixed and variable components, not a limiting factor for suitable candidates, and will depend on qualification and work experience.
- Includes an annual fixed increment based on annual performance review, with a one-year clawback on the first two increments.
- No statutory deductions (PF, NPS, GTI, Gratuity, Staff Mediclaim etc.) from remuneration and no statutory contribution from the Company for these benefits.

Selection Process
- Applications will be scrutinized and short-listed based on qualification, experience, and overall suitability.
