Educational Qualifications and Age Limits
- Housemother: Graduate in Science/ B.Sc. Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
- Housefather: Graduate in Arts/BA - Preferably in Home Science, Sociology & Psychology. Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
- Cook: Under Matric (8th – 10th). Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
- PT Instructor Cum Yoga Trainer: MP.Ed / B.PEd / MA in Yoga / Bachelor Degree in Yoga / Diploma in Yoga or Equivalent Course. Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
- House Keeper: Under Matric (8th - 10th). Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
- Ayah (Female): Under Matric (8th - 10th). Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
- Chowkidar: Under Matric (8th - 10th). Lower Age 21 years and upper age 45 years.
Enclosures
- Self-attested photocopy of Secondary, HSC, Graduation, Post-Graduation or any other Professional qualification certificate and Mark sheet.
- One recent self-attested photograph (3.5 x 4.5 size) affixed to the application form.
- Certificate of experience issued from previous and current employer.
- Self-declaration regarding non-involvement in any criminal activities especially child-related offenses. (Police verification certificate shall be produced at the time of certificate verification).
- Training certificate (if any).
Selection Process
Candidates shall be selected on the basis of protocol for engaging new staff for CCIs as per Resolution No. 10102-CW-MISC-0023-2020, dt. 15.09.2020 of the Department of Women & Child Development and Mission Shakti, Government of Odisha. The recruitment is based on career marking only as per the following weightage system:
- Secondary: 10 marks
- Higher Secondary: 15 marks
- Graduation: 25 marks
- Post-Graduation: 30 marks
- Any other professional course/Training related to child rights and its protection or MPhil, PhD etc.: 10 marks
- Work experience: 10 marks
- Total: 100 marks
