Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines from a recognised university with first class.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines from a recognised university with first class.
- A good understanding of additive manufacturing processes and finite element modelling is desirable.

Age Limit
- Maximum age limit: 35 years.
Salary/Stipend
- ₹ 37,000/- per month + 20% HRA for candidates with a valid GATE score in Mechanical Engineering or Production and Industrial Engineering.
- ₹ 30,000/- per month + 20% HRA for candidates who do not fall under the above GATE score criteria.
- Engagement is on contract basis for one year initially, extendable up to May 2028 based on performance and availability of funds.
- Selected candidates will have an opportunity to appear for PhD admission at NIT Calicut.
