- Research Associate - III: Ph.D + ME/M.Tech in CSE/IT/Electronics/Biomedical/Electrical/AI/Data Science/Applied Geology/Civil/Mining or equivalent OR 3 years post ME/M.Tech research/teaching/design experience + at least 2 SCI journal papers.
- Software Developer: B.E./B.Tech in CSE/IT/Electronics/AI/Data Science OR MCA or equivalent (min. 60% or 6.5 CGPA). Desirable: Sound knowledge in AI, Deep Learning, Python/R or other programming.
- Field Worker: B.Sc in Computer Science / IT OR BCA OR B.E./B.Tech in any discipline.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech in CSE/IT/Electronics/Electrical/AI/Data Science/Applied Geology/Civil/Mining (min. 60% or 6.5 CGPA in PG) OR B.E./B.Tech from Institute of National Importance with min. 80% / 8.5 CGPA.
