Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech./B.E. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech./M.E. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (or equivalent) with 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA (GEN/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS) or 55% or 6.0 CGPA (SC/ST/PwD); OR B.Tech./B.E. with 7.5/10 CGPA or 70% (GEN etc.) or 7.0/10 or 65% (SC/ST/PwD); OR M.Sc. in Materials Science/Nanoscience with M.Tech. in relevant field with same percentage/CGPA requirements. GATE not mandatory.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
- Age Relaxation: 33 years for OBC-NCL, 35 years for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 37,000/- pm for the first 2 years and Rs. 42,000/- pm for the third year
