Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Research Fellow : B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Degree (First class) and M.E/M.Tech in Thermal Engineering / any equivalent specialization. Candidates with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA at both UG and PG for SC/ST/PwD category. Candidates with GATE qualification will be given preference. Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermodynamics. Familiarity with electronic thermal management using two-phase flow and phase-change phenomena. Hands-on experience in CFD-based numerical modeling (ANSYS Fluent or equivalent).
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 years.
- Upper age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and Physically challenged candidates.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month for the third year.
