NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The upper age limit for all posts is 32 years as on the last date of online application. NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Salary
Selected candidates for all posts will be placed in Grade E1 with a pay scale of Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- under the IDA pattern. Selected candidates will be placed at the initial basic pay of the respective pay scale. Eligible candidates will have to appear for an All India based Online Selection Test. The selection process for NSPCL Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages:
- Online Selection Test: Comprises two parts - Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates are required to qualify both SKT and EAT separately.
- Personal Interview: Based on merit and requirement of the post, shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.
The final selection will be based on 85% weightage of the online selection test and 15% weightage of interview marks. Candidates have to choose any two cities as Preference-I and Preference-II as their test centre; no change will be considered subsequently, and NSPCL reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending on candidate response for that area/centre.

NSPCL Recruitment 2026: General Instructions
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

NSPCL Recruitment 2026: Reservations, Relaxations & Concessions
- Reservations, relaxations, and concessions for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/XSM/PwBD candidates will be provided as per Government orders.
- Candidates claiming to belong to any particular category shall necessarily have a valid EWS/SC/ST/Disability certificate/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, as the case may be, from the competent authority in the latest prescribed format of the Government of India.
- Category once filled in the online application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible later on.

NSPCL Recruitment 2026: Service Agreement Bond & Health
Selected candidates belonging to the General category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 5,00,000/-. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwBD categories will need to execute a bond of Rs. 2,50,000/-, to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining the company.
