Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification
- A qualified Food Analyst as per the requirement of Rule 2.1.4 of the Food Safety and Standards Rules, 2011.
- Essential Qualification: - Master's in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Dairy Chemistry or Bachelor/Masters in Food Technology / Food and Nutrition/ Dairy Technology from a recognized University
- Post Graduate Diploma or MBA from a recognized University/Institution
- Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication or MBA from a recognized University/Institution
- MSc (Chemistry)/ B Tech in Chem Engg.
- BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- BE/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- BE/B Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
- MSc (Microbiology)/ B. Tech in Microbiology.
- BE/ B. Tech in Textile/Footwear/ Rubber/Polymer Technology or MSc. (Chemistry)
- Desirable Qualification
- Doctorate Degree in relevant field

- Minimum 03 years in the analysis of food in any ISO/IEC:17025 accredited food testing laboratory/research institutions/research laboratory

Salary / Stipend
- For Sr. Young Professionals: ₹ 70,000/- per month(consolidated) which shall be enhanced by ₹ 5000/- every year in case of extension of tenure.
- For Jr. Young Professionals: ₹ 40,000/- per month(consolidated) which shall be enhanced by ₹ 5000/- every year in case of extension of tenure.
Age Limit (as on 18-01-2026)
- Not exceeding 35 years for Jr. Young Professional and 38 years for Sr. Young Professional posts as on the last date of submission of application.

Selection Process
- Only shortlisted candidates as per the requirement, will be informed and called for interview.
General Information / Instructions
1. Age: Not exceeding 35 years for Jr. Young Professional and 38 years for Sr. Young Professional posts as on the last date of submission of application.
2. Tenure: 01 years for all the posts (Extendable up to a maximum of 04 years on satisfactory performance in the previous year)
3. Vacancy and qualification: Vacancy may increase or decrease depending on suitability of candidates. The essential qualification are general in nature and may be relaxed in case of exceptional candidates as judged by selection committee.
4. Remuneration:
• For Sr. Young Professionals: ₹ 70,000/- per month(consolidated) which shall be enhanced by ₹ 5000/- every year in case of extension of tenure.
• For Jr. Young Professionals: ₹ 40,000/- per month(consolidated) which shall be enhanced by ₹ 5000/- every year in case of extension of tenure.
5. The assignment is purely contractual and can be terminated with one month’s notice from either side at any point of time. However, NTH may terminate contract without giving prior notice, in case of breach of provision/terms of contract.
6. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending selection process/ joining of assignment or on its completion.
