Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate or equivalent
- Essential Eligibility: Retired Indian Navy Officer
- Essential Experience: Minimum 10 years of services in Indian Navy
- Desirable Experience: Offshore oil & gas, maritime; International Maritime Law, Offshore Security Policy making, HSE resolutions; Liaison with Local Government authorities / Ministries, Coast Guard, Coastal Police etc.
Salary/Stipend
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 1,50,000/- (lump-sum, inclusive of local conveyance, telephone, internet etc.)
- Daily Allowance during official domestic tour: Rs. 1,800/- per day
- Paid Leave: 20 days per 12 months (pro-rata, non-cumulative, non-encashable)
- Quarterly home town visit (15 days including travel) arranged by company
- Bachelor’s accommodation at place of posting
Age Limit (as on 16-12-2025)
- Minimum Age: 40 years
- Maximum Age: 50 years
