Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in the concerned Broad Speciality or any other equivalent degree or qualification prescribed by the MCI/NMC from time to time.
- Experience: 1 year post PG Senior Resident/Tutorship in the concerned subject or as specified for DNB candidates (1 year for institutions with 500+ beds, 2 years for less than 500 beds); Exemptions apply for candidates appointed as Assistant Professor before 08.06.2017.
Salary/Stipend
- As per Academic Level-12 of ORSP (MCT) Rules, 2019 with usual dearness and other allowances as sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
- Relaxation of 5 years for SEBC/SC/ST/Women/Ex-Servicemen, 10 years for PwD (40% and above), cumulative 15 years for PwD in reserved categories, 5 years for in-service doctors on ad hoc/contractual basis.

- This is a corrigendum to Advertisement No.03 of 2025-26; Requisitions for Radio Therapy (MKCG)-1 and Radiation Oncology-1 withdrawn; Applications for these cancelled.
- Online applications invited ONLY from PwD candidates eligible as per original advertisement (age and qualification as on 26.06.2025).
- PwD candidates who applied earlier need not apply again.
- 12 vacancies reserved for PwD (40% and above permanent disability); PwD candidates adjusted against their respective categories.
