Ordnance Factory Katni Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Only fresh pass-outs are eligible. Candidates are eligible for apprenticeship training only up to 3 years after passing their Graduation/Diploma, calculated as on the Crucial Date. Graduates or Diploma holders who have undergone training or job experience of one year or more after attaining the essential qualification are not eligible to apply as an apprentice under the Act. Candidates whose apprenticeship contract was previously terminated by any establishment under the Apprenticeship Act are also not eligible to apply again.
OFK Apprentice Educational Qualification
- A Degree/Diploma in the notified streams granted by a statutory university; or
- A Degree/Diploma granted by an institution empowered to grant such a degree by an Act of Parliament; or
- A Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the Central Government as equivalent to a degree.
Qualifications acquired through Distance Learning, Part-Time, or Correspondence mode will not be considered.

OFK Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Selection is made purely on Inter-se Merit among candidates, based on:
- Marks obtained in Graduation/Diploma as shown on the final year mark sheet (as per the norms and practices of the respective university)
- Extant reservation guidelines under the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, and its amendments
The select list will be published on https://ddpdoo.gov.in/career. No formal individual communication will be sent for Document Verification - candidates must visit the website regularly for calendar events and updates. Candidates who clear Document Verification will be called for Medical Examination after receipt of a clear online Police Verification Certificate (PVR)/character antecedent verification. Candidates found medically fit will be issued a Joining Letter for the Apprenticeship Training.

- Declaration on plain paper, or Declaration Affidavit on stamp paper (Non-Judicial), whichever is applicable
Candidates with marks recorded in CGPA/SGPA must produce the relevant conversion document from their college/university to calculate the equivalent percentage; failing this, their candidature is liable for disqualification.

OFK Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
- Forwarding a physical application form is mandatory; incomplete applications or those received after the last date will not be entertained.
- It is not obligatory for the employer to offer employment to candidates on completion of their training. No accommodation will be provided during training.
- Any addendum/corrigendum regarding the engagement will be published only on the official website; no separate notice will be issued.
- No request for change of date for Document Verification or Medical Examination will be entertained.
