Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Master's Degree in Social Science/ Sociology /Social Anthropology /Social Work (MSW)/ Business Administration (MBA) /Economics /Rural Development / Mass Communication OR Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years' experience in health projects
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in ASHA programme
- Knowledge in MS Office & Internet
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work hard
- Willing to travel extensively
- Should be a resident of Purulia Sadar Sub-Division, Purulia
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs. 15000.00 per month
- Monthly Mobility Support of Rs. 1800.00
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Age should not exceed 40 years
- Upper age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC

Selection Process
- Based on merit (academic result) and experience in health projects along with a Written Test (50 Marks), Computer Skill Test (25 Marks)
- Weightage: 15% to academic qualification (Graduate → Score: 1, Masters → Score: 2)
- 50% to academic result (20% Higher Secondary, 30% Graduation)
- 15% to years of work experience in health projects (No experience or <2 years → Score: 1, 2 years and above → Score: 2)
- 10% to Written Test marks
- 10% to Computer Skill Test marks
- Panel prepared at ratio of 1:3 for the vacancy
General Information/ Instructions
- Reservation of Post: Unreserved
- Documents to be submitted: Self-attested proof of residence (Voter ID/Ration Card), mark sheets, age proof, experience certificate (only continuous engagement in health projects considered), etc.
