RailTel KSWAN Project Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
Selection for engagement of technical personnel will be based on interview and medical examination. No written examination is conducted. Final empanelment is subject to verification of eligibility and medical fitness.
Stage 1 - Interview
Candidates who fulfill minimum eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interview. Interview schedules will be notified after the closing date via the RailTel official website and through email to registered candidates. Stage 2 - Document Verification

Important Instructions for RailTel KSWAN Project Recruitment 2026 Candidates
- THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT. Engagement is purely on a contractual basis for 05 years. RailTel has no obligation to offer regular employment after the contract period, nor shall the contractual employee claim any right to permanent absorption.
