RCFL Advisor Recruitment 2025 Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Minimum Education is Graduation.
• Essential qualifications: Applicant should have retired from the post of Chief Manager and above from Corporate communication/Public Relation Department of RCFL.
• Experience: Applicant must have work experience in Public Relations, Local liasoning and Media Relations etc.

Salary/Stipend

• Lump sum remuneration of 80% of last drawn Basic Pay + DA.
• If staying in RCFL Township, remuneration shall be 70% of last drawn Basic+ DA.
• Payment is subject to TDS.
• Not eligible for benefits like PF, Gratuity, Earned Leave, Medical Leave, PRP etc.

Age Limit (as on 01-12-2025)

• Maximum Age: Applicant age shall be below 65 years while applying for the post of Advisor.
• Superannuated employee shall be engaged as an Advisor maximum up to the age of 65 years.

Selection Process

• The selection process is through Personal Interview.
• Candidates fulfilling minimum Qualification criteria will be shortlisted for personal interview.
• The Personal Interview may be conducted through Personal Interview/Video Conferencing/Online Mode.
• Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with minimum average of 50% marks.

General Information/Instructions

• The appointment shall be for a period of six months initially, which may be further extended for a maximum of 6 months at a time.
• Appointment will not entail in any way for establishing the relationship of employer and employee.
• Applications will be accepted only through Email; physical forms will not be accepted.
• RCFL Ltd’s decision regarding eligibility & shortlisting of applications shall be final & binding.
• Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
