Eligibility Criteria

• Controller of Examination: A Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in UGC seven-point scale.
• Finance Officer: Officers working in Organized Accounts Services (ICAS, IRAS, IDAS, IP&TAS, IA&AS) with holding analogous post on regular basis.
• Library cum Documentation Officer: i) M.Lib Science / M. Lis or equivalent with 50% marks, or ii) Master's Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any other discipline with 50% marks and B.Lib.Sc/ B.L.I.Sc with 50% marks. iii) 3 years’ experience in the field of Library & Information Science.
• Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent; three years’ experience in administration and establishment or accounts and budget; etc. in the Government or University or College.
• Consultant : Minimum a Graduate in any discipline

Salary

• Controller of Examination: PB – 4 (Rs.37,400-67,000) AGP – Rs.8,700/-
• Finance Officer: PB – 3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) GP – Rs.7,600/-
• Library cum Documentation Officer: PB – 2 (Rs.9,300-34,800) GP – Rs.4,600/-
• Assistant: PB – 1 (Rs.5,200-20,200) GP – Rs.2,400/-
• Consultant (Administration): quivalent to the last pay drawn plus Dearness Allowance minus (Pension plus Dearness Relief)

• Age Limit for Controller of Examination: 55 Years
• Age Limit for Finance Officer: 57 Years
• Age Limit for Library cum Documentation Officer: 30 Years
• Age Limit for Assistant: 27 Years
• Age Limit for Consultant (Administration): 62 Years
• Age Limit for Consultant (Academics): 62 Years
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
