How to Download the RRB Technician City Intimation Slip 2026

You can check your exam city online through the RRB login page. Keep your registration number and date of birth ready.

1. Open the direct city intimation login link given under Important Links.
2. Under Candidate Login, enter your registration number.
3. Enter your password, which is your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format (for example, 26/01/1990).
4. Type the captcha code carefully and click Login.
5. Your city intimation slip appears on the screen.
6. Check your exam city, state, exam date and shift, then download or save the slip for reference.

What to do if you cannot log in

• Recheck your registration number and enter your date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format.
• Check the captcha carefully and refresh it if it is unclear.
• Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a private or incognito window.

Important Instructions for RRB Technician Candidates

• The city slip is not your e-call letter and does not permit you to appear in the exam.
• As stated in the instructions on the slip, there will be no change of exam date, city, shift or centre under any circumstances.
• Carry your Aadhaar card along with other ID proof. Aadhaar-enabled biometric verification will be done at the exam centre.
• Authenticate your Aadhaar by logging in at rrbapply.gov.in beforehand, if not already done, even if you verified it at the application stage.
• Keep your Aadhaar unlocked in the UIDAI system before you reach the exam centre.
• Your Aadhaar should carry the correct name, date of birth (as per Class 10 certificate), latest photograph, biometrics (if not updated after age 15), address and father's name.
