Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Varies by post – Refer to detailed essential and desirable qualifications below for each post.
- Essential Qualification:
- PGT (Computer Science): M.Sc./MCA/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 50% marks + B.Ed or integrated B.Ed options.
- TGT (Science): Bachelor’s degree in Science (Physics/Chemistry) with B.Ed 50% marks + CTET qualified + English medium.
- TGT (Computer Science): BCA/Graduation/BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT with 50% marks + CTET Paper-II + B.Ed or integrated options.
- TGT (English): Bachelor’s degree in English with B.Ed 50% marks + CTET qualified + English medium.
- Art and Craft Teacher: 5-year Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts/Crafts or B.Ed in Fine Arts.
- Music Teacher: Graduate in Music OR Higher Secondary + Diploma in Music from recognized institution.
- Ward Boy: Matriculation or equivalent + able to converse in English and Hindi.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in residential English medium public school (for teaching posts).
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (for teaching posts).
- B.Ed, experience as Art/Craft Teacher, proficiency in games/co-curricular, knowledge of computer applications (for Art and Craft).
- Potential Band Master course or equivalent (for Music Teacher).
- BA/B.Sc/B.Com, proficiency in sports, Ex-Serviceman, experience in Sainik/Residential schools (for Ward Boy).
- Experience: Desirable for most teaching posts (minimum 5 years in residential English medium school); preferred for Ward Boy (hostel warden/sports/Ex-Serviceman/Sainik school experience).
Salary/ Stipend
- PGT (Computer Science): ₹ 76,000/- Per month consolidated
- TGT (Science / Computer Science / English): ₹ 66,000/- Per month consolidated
- Art and Craft Teacher: ₹ 36,000/- Per month consolidated
- Music Teacher: ₹ 36,000/- Per month consolidated
- Ward Boy: ₹ 19,000/- Per month consolidated
- School will provide accommodation and food in the Cadet’s Mess as applicable for all posts.
