Who Can Apply
Candidates must satisfy all prescribed eligibility conditions, including age, educational qualifications, and experience. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply, and reservation benefits are available only to eligible natives of Kerala.
- Educational Qualification: A Degree in any Faculty from a recognised University or its equivalent, and proficiency in Computer & IT Applications including Data Entry/ Office Automation Tools.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in Open & Distant Mode of Education in Universities / Recognized Higher Education Institutions.
- Age Limit: Not more than 40 years as on 01/01/2026. Upper age-limit relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD is applicable only in accordance with the rules/orders of the Government of Kerala in force.
Pay and Tenure
The appointment to the post of Assistant shall be on a contract basis for the period specified by the University. Renewal/extension, if any, shall depend on the requirements of the University, satisfactory performance, and the decision of the competent authority. Such appointment shall not confer any right or claim for regular appointment or permanent absorption in the University. The consolidated contract pay is Rs. 34,180/- per month.

Selection and Interview
Selection shall be made by a duly constituted Selection Committee of the University.
