1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University, a minimum speed of 90 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing, a certificate in Computer from any Computer Centre, and more than 5 years' experience as a Stenographer or Private Secretary.
