Who Can Apply
- Essential Educational Qualification: CA / ICWAI.
- Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience, out of which a minimum of 12 years should be in Finance, Audit, Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management functions.
- Maximum Age Limit: 63 years as on the cut-off date of 23.09.2026.
Pay and Terms
The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,00,000/-, which is further negotiable based on qualifications, experience, etc. The appointment is on a contractual basis for 1 year, which is further extendable based on performance and requirement. The officer shall follow the leave calendar of SMFCL for Gazetted Holidays and is entitled to 1 casual leave in a month. The contract can be terminated by either side by giving a one-month notice.
The Role
- Planning and executing risk-based internal audits.
- Exercising independent judgement and evaluating key audit issues.
- Guiding the audit team and engaging with auditors.
- Applying experience in data analytics and audit tools.
- Reporting typically to the MD, Audit Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Auditing financial, operational, and regulatory processes.
- Presenting internal audit reports and following up on audit observations.
