Tata Steel Limited is offering an excellent opportunity for 2025 pass-outs and 2026 final-year engineering students to join as Engineer Trainees with a ₹30,000 monthly stipend during one-year training and a ₹7.4 LPA CTC upon absorption as Assistant Manager (IL6).

Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) pass-outs in 2025 or final-year students (passing out in 2026) in Ceramic, Chemical, Civil, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/IEM, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mineral, Mining disciplines.
- Candidates who have completed three-year diploma and directly joined 2nd year of BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) are eligible.
- Must have attended Full-time AICTE/UGC approved Campus Program.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are domicile of Jharkhand, Punjab, Maharashtra, and Odisha.
Salary/Stipend
- Engineer Trainee will be offered an all-inclusive Stipend of ₹30,000 per month during the period of 1 Year Training.
- Engineer Trainee will be covered under Medi-Claim scheme for self only (Hospitalization ₹2,50,000/- per annum and OPD ₹6,000/- per annum).
- Post successful completion of training, a CTC of INR 7.4 lacs per Annum along with other perks and benefits as per company policy will be offered as Assistant Manager (IL6).
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026)
- General Candidates: Should not be more than 30 years
- Transperson & PwD Candidates: Should not be more than 32 years
- ST / SC Community: Should not be more than 32 years
