Eligibility Criteria
- Junior Research Fellow: M.Sc. with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA in Environmental Science/Anthropology/Forestry/other relevant Biological Sciences/ Applied Sciences with NET-JRF/NET-LS/GATE. Desirable: Experience in survey techniques and data collection on bioresources utilization in traditional crafts of indigenous communities, and willing to undertake extensive fieldwork in different ethnic forest villages of Manipur. Experience of handling in remote sensing & GIS software, data analysis and interpretation.
- Field Assistant: Minimum qualification of B.Sc./Diplomas in relevant discipline of Biological Sciences/ Applied Sciences. Desirable: Experience in community-based fieldwork; knowledge of local languages and cultures; congenial in extensive field survey, working experience in different ethnic forest villages of Manipur, crafts specimen collection, storing, processing and preservation of specimens. Basic computation skill like, MS office, data compilation, file handling and office management.
