- Senior Research Scientist : MD/ MS/ DNB or equivalent degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology / Pediatrics / Community Medicine from an MCI recognized university with at least five (5) years of post-qualification clinical research experience preferably in the domain of public health, community medicine or maternal and child health OR MDS or equivalent degree from a recognized university with at least six (6) years of post-qualification clinical research experience preferably in the domain of public health, community medicine or maternal and child health OR MBBS/ BDS or equivalent degree from a recognized university with at least eight (8) years of post-qualification clinical research experience in the domain of maternal and child health.
- Desirable: Demonstrated leadership in clinical research or trials, particularly maternal-child health or multi-site RCTs; Experience in developing and implementing trial monitoring, safety, and quality assurance plans; Familiarity with IRB/ethics submissions, regulatory requirements, and amendment processes; Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and national guidelines; Authorship of peer-reviewed publications; experience in manuscript preparation; Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; Ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
