- Consultant : Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent. Minimum 25 years of experience in planning, execution, and supervision of civil works in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organizations. Held the position of Executive Engineer or above in CPWD or equivalent organization. Experience in handling multi-storied institutional, residential, or public infrastructure projects. Knowledge of CPWD manuals, government procurement procedures, and contract management systems.
