- 3-5 years of experience in research projects in HIV/AIDS field (desirable)
- Research skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis
- Conversant in local language in addition to English
- Well-versed in reporting and documentation
- Experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge populations
- Sensitive towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs
- High level of commitment and integrity
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to strategize and implement programmes
- Willingness to travel
