Supervisor (Mechanical):
- Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.
- ITI (NTC) in Welding trade or Sheet metal worker trade or Bench fitter or Fitter trade or Plumber trade from the State Board of Technical Education.
- Experience: For Diploma holders: Minimum of Seven years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 2 years in supervisory capacity. For ITI holders: Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 3 years in supervisory capacity.
Supervisor (Electrical):
- Three-year Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.
- ITI (NTC) in Electrical or Electronic trade from a state-recognized Industrial Training Institute.
- Experience: For Diploma holders: Minimum of Seven years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments. Last 2 years in supervisory capacity. For ITI holders: Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience in Ship Building/Ship Repair/Engineering companies/Offshore platform/Marine related Engineering companies/Government/Semi-Government Companies/Establishments.
