Eligibility Criteria
- Retired personnel from Central/State Government, UT Administration, PSUs, Autonomous or Statutory Organizations at the level of Superintending Engineer or above.
- Essential qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Degree in the same discipline.
- Language: Knowledge of speaking, reading and writing Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Central/State Governments, Semi Government Organizations, UT Administration, PSUs, Autonomous or Statutory Organizations, with at least 5 years experience as Superintending Engineer or equivalent.
- Age criteria: Above 55 years and less than 65 years as on 31/10/2025.
