Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have M.Sc. in Physics with specialization in Materials Science, Electronics or Solid State Physics.
- Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in the field of Crystal Growth & Characterization, Thin Film Technology, Semiconductor Device & its Applications, along with other essential eligibility conditions prescribed in UGC Regulations 2018.
- Professor eligibility must be as per UGC Regulations 2018: either eminent scholar with Ph.D., minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals, research score 120 and at least 10 years teaching/research experience with Ph.D. guidance; or outstanding professional with Ph.D. and at least 10 years’ relevant experience with significant contribution to the discipline.
- Candidates must meet all eligibility conditions and academic/research score requirements as on the last date of receiving online applications.
Age Limit (as per UGC/State norms)

Instructions
