What to Do After the Round 1 Allotment Result
Your next step depends on which outcome applies to you:
| Your Situation | What You Must Do |
|---|---|
| Allotted your 1st choice | Complete document verification and admission at the allotted institute within the stipulated window (19-21 August 2026). Failure to do so leads to debarment from the entire counselling process. |
| Allotted your 2nd choice or later | Pay the Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs. 1,000/- and complete document verification, opting either "Yes" (Upgradation) or "No" (No Upgradation). "No Upgradation" candidates must complete admission; "Yes Upgradation" candidates automatically remain in contention for Round 2 with their existing choices. |
| Not allotted any seat | You are automatically carried forward to Round 2 with your existing choices, and you may also opt for fresh choice filling in Round 2. |
| Allotted a seat but did not pay the fee/verify documents | You remain eligible for the next round with your existing choices, or you may opt for fresh choice filling. |
