Who Was Eligible for Round 1 Seat Allotment
Only candidates who met the following conditions were considered for the JENPAS UG 2026 Round 1 seat allotment:
- Held a valid General Merit Rank (GMR) or BHA Merit Rank (BMR) in the JENPAS UG 2026 merit list.
- Completed online counselling registration and paid the counselling registration fee.
- Completed and locked their choice of courses/colleges between August 6 and 10, 2026.
Candidates who did not lock their choices within the window, or who registered but did not complete fee payment, were not considered for Round 1 allotment.
