- Assistant Engineer: A Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute affiliated to the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
- Sub Assistant Engineer: A Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institution recognized by the All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)" Candidates having higher qualification in Civil Engineering may also apply.
