Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification for Centre Administrator: Post Graduation in Law/Social Work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology
• Essential Qualification for Para Medical Person: Professional Degree/Diploma in Paramedics
• Qualification for Multi Purpose Worker/Cook: Matriculation
• Qualification for Security Guard/Night Guard: Matriculation
• Experience for Centre Administrator: At least 5 years experience of working on women related issues in a government or non-government project/programme. Preference: Experience as a counselor in a women related government or non-government project/programme, and preference to local candidates.
• Experience for Para Medical Person: At least 3 years experience of working at district level in health related project/programme in government or non-government sector.
• Experience for Multi Purpose Worker/Cook: Experience in the relevant field.
• Experience for Security Guard/Night Guard: At least 2 years experience as a security guard in a government or reputed institution at state or district level. Preference: Retired from army or paramilitary forces.
• Qualification for Gender Specialist: Graduate in Social Work / other social subjects - Sociology / Rural Development / Rural Management / L.S.W. / Psychology / Women's Studies
• Experience: At least three years of work experience with government/non-government organizations in gender centered subjects
• Qualification for Multi-Purpose Worker: 10th class passed under 10+2 system from any recognized board

Salary/ Stipend

• Centre Administrator: Rs. 30,000
• Para Medical Person: Rs. 8,000 consolidated
• Multi Purpose Worker/Cook: Rs. 13,000
• Security Guard/Night Guard: Rs. 13,000
• Gender Specialist: Rs. 23,000/-
• Multi-Purpose Worker: Rs. 12,000/-
• In addition to the basic honorarium, EPF and ESIC will be payable as per rules

Age Limit (as on the date of advertisement publication)

• Unreserved Category (Male): 37 years
• Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class (Male and Female): 40 years
• Unreserved Category (Female): 40 years
• Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (Male and Female): 42 years

Important Dates

Selection Process

• Final merit list will be published based on the desired educational qualification, work experience and interview.
• Candidates possessing the prescribed qualification will be invited for interview.
• Information regarding participation in the interview will be given to the concerned candidate on their email ID mentioned in the application and on the district NIC website.
• No correspondence will be made by the district office to any candidate by post.

General Information / Instructions

• Employees will be entitled to EPF and ESIC in addition to the basic honorarium as per rules, EPF and ESIC will not be payable on posts with consolidated honorarium.
• This appointment on contract basis will be completely temporary, which can be terminated without any prior notice or on one month's notice.
• No claim for regular appointment will be valid in this regard.
• No claim for regularization of service after employment will be valid for the appointed person.
• The appointed person will not be considered a government servant nor will they be entitled to any facilities admissible to government servants.
• Their employment will be under the district One Stop Centre.
• Priority will be given to candidates having work experience in government department/institution/office in work experience.
• In case of work experience in government/semi-government or non-government department/institution/office, only the experience certificate issued by the appointing authority will be valid.
• Employees appointed on honorarium basis will neither be considered government servants nor will they be entitled to any facilities admissible to government servants.
• No claim for regularization of service by employees appointed on honorarium basis will be valid.
• All rights related to the advertisement and terms of service are under the District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
• The District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari holds the right to amend/cancel the advertisement.
• Candidates will regularly view the NIC website for updates and other announcements related to the advertisement.

How to Apply

• Mentioning the applied post, candidates should submit their application in the prescribed format along with self-attested photocopies of educational qualification and experience related certificates/ mark sheets attached via Email ID: [email protected] within 15 days from the date of advertisement publication till 5:00 PM.
• In case certificates are not attached, the application will be rejected at first sight.
• Applications received after the above time limit will not be accepted.
• Separate applications will be valid for more than one post.
