Educational Qualification and Age Limit
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a degree from a recognised university in MCA (Computer Science / Information Technology) or M.Sc (Computer Science / IT) or B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
- Age Limit: Minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 35 years as on 1 January 2026.
- Age Relaxations: Age relaxations are applicable for Chhattisgarh native residents and various categories as per the rules and directives issued by the General Administration Department of Chhattisgarh from time to time, up to a maximum age limit of 45 years including all relaxations.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of a merit list prepared by assigning weightage to educational qualifications, a computer practical test, and work experience:
- Educational Qualification Weightage: Up to 45 marks based on the percentage obtained in the qualifying degree (minimum 60% marks required to be eligible).
- Computer Practical Test: 40 marks to test computer proficiency.
- Experience Weightage: Up to 15 marks based on experience working in government rural development schemes in Chhattisgarh (5 marks for at least 1 to 2 years of experience, 10 marks for up to 5 years, and 15 marks for more than 5 years of experience).
Candidates will be called for the computer practical test in a 1:10 ratio based on merit.
