Indian Statistics Agriculture and Mapping (ISAM) is established and located in Patna, Bihar. Indian Statistics Agriculture and Mapping (ISAM) is non-profit and autonomous organization which work for sole object of “promoting commerce, art, science, charity, or any other useful object, and intends to apply its profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects, and to prohibit the payment of any dividend to its members.” So, Indian Statistics Agriculture and Mapping (ISAM) under the Government of India Act “provides for the incorporation of associations which are not formed for the purpose of making any profit commercially.” It is an Organization limited by a guarantee. Indian Statistics Agriculture and Mapping (ISAM) is also, vide sub- section 6 of Section 3, Section 25 companies are exempted from maintaining minimum paid –up capital required to be maintained by other Organization.
