Age limit: The candidate’s age limit is minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 31-03-2011, relaxation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent for the post of Officer Junior Management (Scale I) and Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
Application fee: Candidates pay the fee in form of challan for Rs 350/- for GEN/OBC candidates and Rs 50/- for SC/ST/PC/EXSM candidates. Candidates paid required fee at any of the Vijaya Bank between 04-08-2011 to 30-08-2011.
Selection procedure: The selection of the candidates shall be on the basis of written test and interview.
How to apply: The eligible candidates have to apply through online from the www.vgbank.in website between 04-08-2011 to 30-08-2011. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. The candidates follow the user guideline and instructions at the time of online apply.

1. Candidates have to apply through online from the www.vgbank.in website between 04-08-2011 to 30-08-2011.
2. Before apply online candidates first download the fee payment challan from the banks website fill in the fee payment challan in a clear and legible handwriting in Block Letters and go to the nearest Vijaya Bank Branch with the fee payment challan and pay, in cash between 04-08-2011 to 30-08-2011.
3. Branch Name, Branch Code, Transaction ID and Date of payment of fee as appearing in the challan should be correctly furnished in the application at appropriate place.
4. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID, in case, candidate is not having valid e-mail ID, and they should create a new e-mail ID. This e-mail ID should be valid for the duration of the project before applying online.
5. Candidates after filling in all the required details in the application, candidates shall submit the application on-line. Click submit button.
6. A Registration Number and Password will appear on the screen candidates immediately note down registration number and password for future reference and use.
7. The candidates have a facility to modify the submitted online application available after 2 days of registration & up to the last date for on-line registration, modification will be allowed only 3 times.
8. Candidates after applying online, the candidate should take a print out of the system generated online application form and retain it along with Registration Number & Password safely for future reference and use.
9. A recent passport size photograph should be firmly pasted on the Challan (Candidates copy) and should be signed across by the candidate five copies of the same photograph should be retained for use at the time of written examination and interview.
10. The Candidates copy of fee payment challan duly affixed with the photograph should be produced along with call letter at the time of Written Test.
