Allahabad Bank Clerk Selection Process is of 2 ways such as

1. Written Test : This test consists of 2 sections as
a. Objective paper : this paper is of 5 subjects such as
1. Test of Reasoning Ability.
2. Test of Numerical Ability.
3. Test of English Language.
4. Test of Clerical Aptitude.
5. Test of compute Knowledge.

b. Descriptive Paper on English Comprehension (Qualifying Test)

There will be a negative marks for wrong answers in the objective test, 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates should pass in each of objective test and descriptive test. The marks obtained in descriptive test will not be taken in the aggregate for merit ranking. The passing marks in each of objective test and descriptive test will be decided by bank on basis of minimum candidates required. Candidates are also required to score a minimum in aggregate to be considered for being called for interview.

2. Interview : Candidates who pass in each objective test and rank sufficiently high on the basis of the aggregate marks in written test will be called for Interview.

Final selection will be based on the aggregate marks obtained in written test and Interview.
