7. OB & GY: 10 posts
Pay scale: Rs.20, 680–46,960 in A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad
Educational qualification: MBBS with PG Degree/PG Diploma/DNB in the concerned Specialization from a university recognized by Medical council of India.
How to apply: The qualified candidates may apply in the prescribed format of application duly typed (OR) downloading the application format from the website http://apvvp.ap.nic.in (OR) obtaining applications from the DCHS of concerned districts (OR) from the Office of Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad on all working days, and send the filled application to the following address, The Commissioner, APVVP, Hyderabad, on or before, 25-08-2011 by 5.00 PM.
Last date for receipt of application: 25-08-2011, by 5.00 PM.

As per the memorandum provided by the NTRUHS we only get the month and year of passing & not the date.. so we are pretty confused as what has to be filled in the column of DATE OF PASSING mentioned in the second page of the application. kindly do reply.

Hi I have been trying to make the application since 5 days. It is defective. Nothing saves on the first page and no other page shows up. I only get an error message and that the data is not saved. I have done it 25 times now.
I have even written an email to them as per their website but got a failure to deliver mail message.
What to do?
as dr basanthi is right bcoz even thought v type right mandal while filling online but on final form is showing other mandal .for eg my mandal is armoor .i typed armoor as my mandal but final form while alloting the token no,the software is showing other mandal inspite of typing correct address so i request the apvvp authorities to either correct the software or accept the hard copies for future correspondence on correct address.on correcting the soft ware i request the concerned authorities to give an option to edit the form who have already applied online so as to correct their information in their respective forms,
