Age Limit: Candidates age limit should not be above 43 years for Post 1, 18-43 years for Post 2, 3 as on 01-01-2017. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and Ex-serviceman as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduation Degree for Post 1, Master’s Degree, Graduation in any discipline, Diploma in Stenography with typing speed of 160 words per minute, knowledge of computer proficiency for Post 2, Diploma in Computer Engineering from an AICTE and State Council for Technical Education approved Institution for Post 3 from a recognized University with 55% marks and relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST candidates) for Post 1, 2, Rs. 500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates) for Post 3 by Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheque drawn in favor of the ‘Assam Science and Technology University’ payable at State Bank of India, AEC Branch, Branch Code-010670, Guwahati, Assam, India.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application along with bio-data, self attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from matriculation on wards, caste certificate, 3 passport size photographs, two self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 5/- to Office of Registrar, Assam Science and Technology University, Tetelia Road, Near AEC Campus, Jalukbari, Guwahati-781 013 on or before 23-01-2017 by 03:00 PM.
