Name of the Posts:
1. Pharmacist: 04 Posts
2. Junior Laboratory Technician: 05 Posts
3. Junior Radiographer: 02 Posts
4. Attendant: 12 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-32 years for S.No-01 to 03, 18-32 years for S.No-04 as on 15-12-2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. norms.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess +2 science examination under council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/ equivalent & Diploma in Pharmacy/ Medical Radiation Technology/ Laboratory Technology from any of the 3 Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other recognized private institutions duly approved by the AICTE for S.No-1 to 3, M.E (07 th) examination or equivalent and read, write & speak odia for S.No-4.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on career assessment.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with relevant certificates, experience & must superscribed name of the post clearly applied for on top of the envelope by registered post/ speed post to the Chief District Medical Officer, Gajapati, Paralakhemundi on or before 09-01-2017 by 05:00 PM.
