To apply for the cent Bank Finance Limited, the candidate need to possess the following educational qualifications for various posts.
1. Officer: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% of marks and should possess at least one year experience in any public/private sector Bank/Housing.
2. Sr officer: Post Graduation in any discipline with 55% of marks and should possess 2 years experience in public/private sector Bank/Housing.
3. Executive: M.B.A from a recognized university with 60% of marks and 3 years experience is needed.
4 Senior Executive: M.B.A/any professional degree with 60% marks from a recognized university with 5 years experience.
5. Senior Executive(specialist-IT): MCA/BE/B.Tech/M.SC(comp science)/Any professional degree with 60% of marks along with 5 years experience in the relevant degree.
6. Senior Executive(specialist-HR): MBA/MSW with specialization in personnel management/HRM with 60% marks along with 5 years experience in the relevant field.
