CISF Notification 2013 – 464 HC (Ministerial) Vacancies
CISF Recruitment 2013 – 1654 Constable/ Driver Posts: Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has issued notification for male citizens against the recruitment of 1654 Constable/ Driver posts in Central Industrial Security Force. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 09-04-2013. CISF Vacancy Details:
Total Number of vacancies: 1654
Names of Posts:
1. Constable/Driver – Direct (Backlog vacancies): 339 Posts
2. Constable/Driver – Ex-Servicemen (Backlog vacancies): 210 Posts
3. Constable/Driver – Direct (Current vacancies): 994 Posts
4. Constable/Driver – Ex-Servicemen (Current vacancies): 111 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates’ age should be between 21 years to 27 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit will be 09-04-2013. Age relaxations extended would be as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board with a valid driving license for Heavy/ Light Motor Vehicle and Motor cycle with gear.
Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 50/- in form of crossed Indian Postal Order in favour of Officers mentioned in table in the notification. SC/ ST/ EXSM are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Eligibility Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Trade Test, Written Test, Medical Examination and Final Selection.
How to Apply: Candidates must download the Application form from the notification, fill all the mandatory details, attach photograph and attest signature and send it along with payment receipt and attested copies of all relevant documents, two self addressed envelope duly affixing postal stamps of Rs.22/- each should be sent so as to reach the concerned DIG of CISF on or before 09-04-2013.

Last Date for Receipt of Application: 09-04-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Application (North East Region): 16-04-2013.

As per the notification minimum height required for the post of Constable/ Driver in CISF is 167Cms.

As per the notification candidates has to filled application form in prescribed form as per Appendix ‘A’ for the post of Constable/ Driver in CISF.
sir,i have passed matriculation and my date of birth 05/10/1988,i am a OBC candidate.I have also heavy,light and two wheeler,vehicle licence and 04 years experience can i apply for CISF constable/driver post?

As per the notification must pass Matriculation and have a valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle or Transport vehicle, Light motor vehicle, Motor cycle with gear in order to apply for the post of Constable/ Driver in CISF.
