1. General Surgery: 01 Post

II. Senior Resident
4. Medicine: 02 Posts
5. Surgery: 01 Post
6. Gynecology: 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit is 64 years for S.No I Post; 35 years for S.No II Post as on 01-05-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess PG Degree/ Diploma or MBBS with relevant experience in respective specialty.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.250/- (Rs.50/- in case of SC/ST) in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of ‘ESI Fund A/c No.1′. Female candidates are exempted from the fee.
How to Apply: Interested candidates need to attend walk in interview along with application in the prescribed format by giving the particulars mentioned in the notification, Demand Draft, all relevant original documents and one attested copy of each, two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application form) held at ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam, Kerala-683501 on 06-05-2013 at 10.00 AM.
Date & Time of Interview: 06-05-2013 at 10.00 AM.
