FACT Recruitment 2013 – Apprentice Vacancies: Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has issued notification for the recruitment of Apprentice vacancies under Apprentice Act. FACT Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Apprentices
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit for Degree Engineering is 25 years as on 01-06-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Chemical and Computer.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the merit in qualifying examination and written examination.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can appear directly for written test along with original and one set of attested copies of proof of date of birth, two copies of passport size photographs, Degree certificate and mark list etc at FACT Training Centre, Udyogamandal, near Kalamassery- Kochi from 08-04-2013 to 11-04-2013.

1. For Civil & Computer: 08-04-2013 at 09:00 A M
2. Chemical: 08-04-2013 at 12:30 P M
3. Mechanical: 09-04-2013 at 09:00 A M
4. Electrical: 10-04-2013 at 09:00 A M
5. Instrumentation: 11-04-2013 at 09:00 A M

As per the notification Candidates should Pass in relevant ITI Trade and the age limit is 23 years of age as on 1-4-2013,for the post of Trade Apprentices in FACT.

As per the notification the candidates should have 23 years of age for the posts of Technician Apprentices and Trade apprentices as on 1-4-2013,and for the post of AOCP and IMCP it is 25 years of age as on 1-4-2013.

As per the notification, the candidates who completed B.E/B.Tech in civil, mechanical, chemical, instrumentation, electrical disciplines are eligible to apply for the management trainees vacancy.

As per the notification, the candidates who completed/appearing B.E/B.Tech in mechanical are eligible to apply, in case if the candidates those who are awaiting their results are selected, they need to produce the marklist at the time of interview/Group Discussion or in May 2012, if they failed to produce the marks list their candidature will be considered.

The candidates who completed the bachelor degree in engineering/technology in the relevant discipline are eligible to apply for the current vacancies, but the last date to apply the vacancies is already closed.

As per the notification, the candidates who are awaiting results for the qualifying examination may also apply. However, they should produce the marklist at the time of interview/Group Discussion or in March 2012, if they do not produce the marks list, their candidature will be cancelled, even though they qualified the written test.
