Total Number of Vacancies: 04
Name of the Post:
1. State Programme Manager: 01 Post
2. Programme Assistant: 01 Post
3. Data Entry Operator: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidate age should be upto 50 years for post 1, upto 40 years for remaining posts.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess MBBS/ BDS/ PG Diploma/ MD/ DNB with experience for post 1, Graduate & PG Degree/ Diploma in computer applications with experience for remaining posts.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in proficiency test and interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form given in the notification fill it completely, along with relevant testimonials/ certificates duly attested and two recent passport size photographs should be sent by post to O/o Director General Health Services, Health Department, Sector-6, Panchkula, Haryana on or before 06-05-2013 by 04.00 pm.
