HSRLM Recruitment 2018 – Apply Online for 234 Manager, Accountant, Coordinator & DEO Posts: Haryana State Rural Livelihoods Mission (HSRLM) has published a notification for the recruitment of 234 State Programme Manager, District Programme Manager, District Functional Manager, Block Programme Manager, Accountant, Block Cluster Coordinator & Data Entry Operator (DEO) vacancies on contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed application format on or before 25-01-2018 (Extended to 01-02-2018) up to 05:00 PM. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 21-55 years for S.No-01 to 06, 21-35 years for S.No-07 to 10 as on 31-12-2017. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post-Graduation Master of Social Work/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences/ Sociology/ Development Economics/ Rural & Urban Development with 1st Division for S.No-02, MBA (Project Management), MBA (Finance) project finance/ Management/ Rural Development, Master of Social Work (MSW) for S.No-01, Post-Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Agri-Business Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like Horticulture, Flori culture etc/ Veterinary Sciences and Allied Disciplines like Dairying,  Poultry, Sheep-Breeding, Piggery for S.No-03, 04, MBA in Finance or MBA (Banking & Finance Programme Structure) or Master in Finance & Control (MFC) or Economics or Commerce or Master in Business Economics (MBE) for S.No-05 with relevant experience. Selection Process: Selection will be based on interview, written test and village immersion cum Induction.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/- for Male, Rs. 500/- for Female for General, Rs. 500/- for Male, Rs. 250/- Female for SCs, Rs. 750/- for Male, Rs. 375/- for Female for BCs for S.No-01 to 07, Rs. 500/- for Male, Rs. 250/- for Female for General, Rs. 250/- for Male, Rs. 125/- Female for SCs, Rs. 350/- for Male, Rs. 175/- for Female for BCs for S.No-08, Rs. 200/- for Male, Rs. 100/- Female for General, Rs. 100/- for Male, Rs. 50/- for female for SCs, Rs. 150/- for Male, Rs. 75/- for Female for BCs for S.No-09, 10 through online using Credit/ Debit Card of any banks.
