Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 years as on 15-03-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess First Class Bachelor and Masters Degree in Physics with Ph.D in Physics with significant research contribution for Sr. No. 1 post & First Class Bachelors and Masters Degree in Science / Engineering and PhD in relevant area of specialization with significant research contribution for Sr. No. 2 post.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
How to Apply: The application can be submitted electronically to recruitment@iist.ac.in or by post along with necessary documents to the Administrative Officer, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, Valiamala P.O, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 547, Kerala. As per the notification, the candidate must possess B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualification with First Class i.e minimum 65% of Marks from a recognized university.
i completed my graduation in Mechanical Engg, i have 73% can i apply for this job?

In order to apply for the PE-01 post, the candidate should possess the desired qualification along with good knowledge in structural design and analysis, CAD packages and FEM software like ANSYS.
Can IT(Information Technology) graduates can apply..becoz its written specifically in PE-02, that Required qualification is B.Tech in CSE(Computer Science & Engineering).But in most Recruitments, IT & CSE are considered as same.

As per the notification, the candidates who completed B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and communication or computer science engineering or any equivalent qualification from a recognized university in order to apply for the project engineer vacancy.
Me pursuing B.Tech(ECE) final year until now i have 63% aggregate am i eligible for Project Engg post or else any job vacancies if so please inform me
